As everyone knows, Windows updates every couple of weeks and patches critical flaws and adds other updates that improve performance or add minor features. Because they come every couple of weeks, some people would be very far behind if they were forced to reinstall Windows. We are including links to the download pages here so people can take a few minutes and burn these updates to a CD.

If you ever need to reinstall Windows and you do not have WindowsXP Service Pack 3 or Service Pack 1 for Windows Vista, you will need to run these disks immediately after you install Windows. Then, you’ll also need to visit Microsoft Update to get completely caught up. These disks simply get you close and save you time during the reinstall.
