My Mom is having the same problem….she cannot access anything thru Google or thru the www. or she gets “Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage”. I am at my wits end cause I don’t know what else to check. I’ve gone in and checked everything from the control panel/internet options/advanced clear to parents having the computer cleaned of viruses. WE NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

can anyone help me? im ready to throw the computer out the window ) I have a virus which wont allow me to access explorer. I need to use explorer for quickbooks and download itunes. We have had two computer geeks look at it and I tried restoring the computer but that seems to just jam it up. should i just buy a new **** computer?

What kind of connection do you have–Cable? Have you scanned for viruses? Other browsers are Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera. Try others if you cannot get to Firefox. Seems like you are only having issues with sites that make you login. Do you have admin rights to the computer? Is the couputer going through a router–maybe bypass that.

I also have the internet explorer cannot display web page.. i tried to join your forum ..but there again i cannot access my yahoo account to get the log in info..i can browse any site except the yahoo’s and facebook…tried to get foxfire, but receive the same page…Help
