		<description>i am a senior citizen. my daughter has given me a computer. when she set it up she put a password on it and cannot remember what it was. i went to hp support and they want money to give me a tech. i do not have it. is there any other way i can get the password? this computer is no good to me this way. i just want to put games on it for my grandaughter, no internet.  thank-you for your time.</description>
