There should be a reset on the back of the router. I would reset the router by depressing that button for twenty seconds and then run the setup just as you had the very first time.

Hi my problem is the following. I bought a netgeart N300 wireless router WNR200v2. I was able to install it and I was able to use my wifi fine with my iPhone and wii. Until I acciedenttly unplug power wired form the outlet that my router and modem when pluged into. When I plug it back to the power outlet and try to use my wifi on my iPhone I was able to receive the signal of my router but when I sign into it it lost connection to the Internet. So what I did was to re run the hard disk that my router came with to see if my router was the problem. And my laptop diagnose the problem and it said the wired that cone ts bothe of my divides was broken. So I unplug them and replug it just like the router manual said swiching the cabel that connects them and yet I have the same problem. I don't know what to do, can you please help me.

Make sure all computers are set to Obtain IP Address Automatically. This is a setting under the TCI/IP properties of the network card. If that is set, reboot the computers and the router should give both machines a different IP address.

I'm trying to run other devices off my laptop currently and it used to be able to route my connection perfectly fine before. Is there any way I can reset my networking on my computer to make it so that the other devices can connect to the internet?

How do I join your forum. I am having a problem with my router D-Link WBR 1310. Connecting directly from my ISP modem, I can browse all websites I like. But, using the router and modem, I can not browse all the sites. unlike before, I can do this but when my ISP upgraded its facilities my problem starts. My ISP inist there is no problem with them.

For wireless, you'll need to login to your router and setup wireless encryption (WPA-2). Normally, you will open your web browser and type in either http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.0.1 and login to your router. You will find the WPA setting under the wireless section. For more help, join our forums.
