		<description>I have an Acer Aspire 5251.  I do not have a disc but need to reset to factory settings. All I get when booting is a cursor in the upper left hand corner with a blank screen.</description>

		<description>Not sure. Check to make sure the disks are clean and try a second time. You might need to order new disks from Acer, as sometimes disks you may be bad.</description>
