Problems with Laptop connecting to the internet

Alright so my laptop wasn't working properly I couldn't figure out why it wouldn't work for the life of me it would start in normal windows mode but would be slow to the point where it would freeze while starting up my AVG. It would work fine in safe mode so I ran AVG in safe mode and it turned up with nothing so I decided to back up my files and re install Windows just got everything reinstalled but now it wont connect to my router I ran some trouble shooting and it says that It cant detect my wireless adapters Driver is there any way i can download the driver offline? It's a HP Laptop running windows 7 64 bit
