    •DirectX: Version 9.0c or Higher
    •HDD: 8GB Free Disk Space
    •Network: Internet Broadband Connection Required
    •Disc: 6X DVD-ROM

    the minimum requirements is:

    •OS: Windows XP SP2 / Windows Vista / Windows 7 (32 or 64-bit)
    •CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo 1.8 Ghz or AMD Athlon X2 3800+
    •Memory: 1GB RAM
    •Video: NVIDIA GeForce 7950 / ATI Radeon X1800 / Intel HD Graphics

It would help if you gave us the make and model of the laptop as well. Keep in mind that the game specs you quoted are for
    desktop pcs not laptops.

With so little to go on, I'd say at best you might meet the bare minimums. Most laptops are not gaming machines.

What you have in the HD 3000 is a combined CPU and GPU, not a dedicated graphics card. But look at the results of this test it seems as though it should be fine if you use lower game settings. It would be easier if you had all the specs of the PC, not just the HD 3000, to tell if it would play well. If you can, post the overall system specs for someone to look over to be sure.

Do you have to buy a laptop? You could get more for your money in parts for a desktop. Also, the laptop has 2 gb of RAM and the game minimally requires half of that just at base settings. The processors are a bit better than what it requires so you will be taxing them as well, especially if you are trying to multitask with the game open. Agreed a make and model would be beneficial.

In summary, will it run on it, yea kind of. Will it run good or likely in anything higher than the lowest graphics settings, prolly not well.
