EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programable Read-Only-Memory) This memory can be erased and reprogrammed and is typically used in a motherboard BIOS.

EIDE (Enhanced Integrated Drive Electronics) An Extension of the IDE disk drive standard, these drives have circuitry built into the HDD that allow for advanced features.

Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) A static discharge from an external source, such as a human hand, damaging a computer component.

Email - Stands for Electronic Mail. The sending and receiving of text messages over the Internet .
