Hacker - A person who works closely with the code of a computer program and seeks a way to penetrate or modify the program in such a way that suit their needs.
Half Duplex- Half duplex refers to the communication between two computers during which only one side can transmit at a time.
Handshake - A series of communications between a device, like a modem, that acknowledges each party is capable of receiving data.
Hard Disk - HDD - A mass storage device for a PC that typically holds the Operating System and other data.
Heat Sink - a piece of computer hardware that rests on top of a CPU. Its purpose is to draw heat away from the CPU to keep it cool.
