IEEE 802.11 - The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers' specifications for the wireless network standard. Popular versions are 802.11b, 802.11.g and the emerging 802.11n.

IMHO - Internet slang standing for In My Humble Opinion.

Internet - The Internet is a vast collection of networks and gateways that use the TCP/IP protocols to communicate with each other.

Internet Gateway - a device that provides access to the Internet from another network. This is usually dedicated to a router.

IP - Internet Protocol - An IP is a protocol used to communicate across a network.

IP Address - An IP address is a number assigned to a network device that makes it unique on the network and allows it to communicate with other network devices. An example is 192.168.1.1.
