The Internet Explorer History folder is a convenient way to view the websites you have recently visited. IE keeps these URLs in a convenient place and allows you to quickly navigate back to them. But you may want to delete this information for privacy. This article discusses how you can easily view, delete or specify the size of your History file in IE7.
How to View Your Internet Explorer 7 History
The fastest way to view your web browsing History is to open an IE Window and hit CTRL + H. This will open the History tab and list the days on the week, as well as the today's browsing history and last week's websites you had visited.
Right-click any of these website's to Expand the particular pages on those websites.
If you want to remove any of these, right-click and delete them individually, or go to Tools, and click the Delete Browser History button.

Specify the Number of Days of Your IE History
You can tell Internet Explorer 7 just how many days you want it to remember. Simply open a browser Window, then go to Tools, Internet Options and look under the General tab. You will see a History section. Click Advanced. Here you will be able to specify the number of days you want IE to remember for your History. The default is probably set to twenty days.
