Many people forget to reset their new
router's password and SSID, and what they do not
realize is that this leaves their network wide open
for exploitation.
Since this information is widely
known, it's the first thing someone will try when
trying breach your security.
For instance, Linksys and D-link
default passwords might be both admin and admin.
The password should be changed to
something complicated, a mixture of numbers, letters
and symbols. The SSID should match that of your
LAN's workgroup.
