Best advice at this point is to triple check the connections.  If you have to, use another set of cables from your PSU as the ones you are using could be bad.  The smaller one goes from the HD to the motherboard, and the longer one goes from the PSU to the drive.  Not trying to insult your intelligence, just making sure we are on the same page.

If you have double checked the connections, and even used a different set of wires, and it still isn't working, post back.

Are you trying to install from a Windows USB install or a CD/DVD?  I ask because your BIOS does not see an optical drive.

Well if you do not see it in the BIOS then you cannot boot off of it.  Either it isnt plugged in totally or it is dead.  Is it a SATA or IDE optical drive?

It is a SATA drive. I tried with an IDE drive (the OS was already installed) and it worked but the SATA drive i cant install the OS as i said.

Not the Hard drive but the CD/DVD drive.  Is it a SATA or IDE?

OK so we have established that your HDD and CD/DVD drive are both SATA drives.  You double checked the connection to the HDD and it now shows up in the BIOS correct?  I would double check the connections to the CD/DVD drive as well or try a different SATA port on the motherboard.

So you have the HDD and CD/DVD drive visible in the BIOS now correct?  And you put the CD in the CD/DVD drive, can you post a screenshot of what you see now?

Can you list the make and model of all your parts in your machine or if it is a store bought computer just the make and model will be fine.

Please try to post the pictures here or use a picture sharing site to link them to here so everyone that is reading this post can see.

In the Boot Menu, I do not see your HDD.  Likely becuase your BIOS doesnt see it.  Do you see it on the SATA page?  You need to get everything seen by the BIOS at the same time before you can install Windows.  You shouldnt need any driver for a basic install of W7.

..... Unless you have it set in RAID mode.
