Resident Evil 2 Remake

Recommended Posts

Anyone playing the Resident Evil 2 Remake? I finished the first play through and am going through the second story. I was very impressed with it. It wasn't terrifying, but there were a lot of stressful moments. The puzzles are great, but I realized when it was too late that I had missed some things.

Tip: Examine everything you pick up, as manipulating objects can sometimes reveal secrets.

I don't have the game due to the price (waiting for it to drop),  but I have been watching people playing it on Twitch and it is a excellent Remake.

Will be buying that in a few days and cant wait to play.  The OG was possibly my favorite in the series.

I love the game. It's a good change of pace from Assassins Creed Odyssey and Dark Souls 3--games that I have devoted the past 1000 hours of my life to before picking this up.

Hey so I just ordered The Evil Within 2 (PC) from Amazon for $9.99 and on Steam it is $59.99 right now,  it still needs to be activated on Steam,  not sure what the difference is between the Amazon and the Steam version  game except the price and the Amazon version is on DVD...maybe that's the only difference.

I always check Amazon and compare with Steam prices,  sometimes it cheaper on Amazon then other times it's visa-versa, the same with Zombie Army Trilogy I bought it on Amazon for 9.99 and on Steam right now it is 44.99

I have never even heard of Evil Within, but I just watched a trailer for the game and it looks pretty cool. I'll have to check this out.

I received the game The Evil Within 2 yesterday and installed it on Steam,  about 27 Gigs,  I am liking it very much,  playing in casual mode (beginners mode)  the voice of the main character sounds a lot like Alan Wake and the game does remind me of some others combined,  work benches to upgrade weapons,  safe houses,  grabbing items like plants to combine for health, doing stealth kills etc...I may be up till the wee hours of morning playing   so far for me I give this a 10 for the price and game play,  if you got $9.99 buy it on Amazon while it is cheap for now.

Yeah, I'm going to pick it up. I just finished the second play through of Resident Evil 2 so I'm ready to move onto something else.

Do you guys use the mouse and keyboard or controller when playing games on PC,  I mainly use the keyboard but with PS4 and XBOX I have to use the controller, I always over correct and before I know it I turn my back and get creamed because the bad guys that were in front of me are now behind me

My gaming PC is in my living room, so I use a controller, which is unfortunate because I find I can't compete in shooters anymore because the keyboard / mouse people have the advantage. At this stage in my life I like relaxing on the sofa with a controller, though.

    • We all want a simple DIY OTA TV recording solution. Watching television over the air is nothing new–people have been doing it for decades. Having the ability to bring a high definition signal into your home, record it and–in some cases–remove commercials, is definitely a game-changer in this space. The era of streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu and YouTube TV, have made cord-cutting virtually painless, as viewers can dump their pricey cable bundles and cable box rentals for cheaper streaming television services. But the questions has always been, what do I do about my local channels?
